This one did not suite me so i discontinued after 4 days. My stomach became upset whenever i took these so i cannot comment if it works or not.

This is the second supplement that I've bought from Nutrija(first one being L-Theanine).I've been using this for three days now and I have planned to use it as a replacement for Modafinil.The effects are really pronounced within 15-20 minutes of ingestion. Caffeine and L-Theanine balance each other almost perfectly. Caffeine makes you alert and also temporarily enhances cognition without being overstimulating or giving jitters. L-Theanine balances these effect with near perfection without being too much of a depressant. It is a really good addition to your stack and definitely a really good alternative for Modafinil or racetams.Will update this after complete use of the botyle.

Nutrija products are really good. I ordered several supplements from them and all turned out to be genuine. Also they have a wide range of products.I like this caffeine and l theanine as pre workout and during the day when I feel tired.

I have tried nutrija zma and pre workout before and they were best in their category. So i didn't thought twice before buying this product.Focus was clean and didn't felt any jitters. The effects lasted for almost 4 hours (sometimes 3.5 hours) . I took 1 cap at around 10 AM and other at 3 PM. Will surely recommend this product.

A 2:1 ratio of theanine and caffeine seems to work best for me. I don't experience any energy crashes with this product, and it gives me a good, clean energy boost that helps me stay focused while studying. It's also nice that the caffeine comes from natural coffee beans. I've also tried Rhodiola Rosea and Mucuna Pruriens from Nutrija, and they all work really well for me.

I had difficulty focusing on my studies and was frustrated. Then I found L-Theanine and read about its wonders. Satisfied with the product.

Worked for me. I usually take a tablet approx 30 mins after breakfast. Keeps me calm and focussed. The action occurs approx 1/2 hrs after ingestion. I would suggest not having other caffeine items i.e. energy drinks or black coffee post having this tablet atleast for a few hours, else you may get jitters.

I have exam after 2 month but I m not able to control my sleep in morning..I take coffee for wakefulness but not give me enough kick.. so I deside to buy this capsuleAfter taking this it really help me to boost my productivity..

I already bought 200mg Caffeine from nutrija , wow it was fantastic. My tolerance for caffeine is such, i feel like making a cup of coffee is a huge task. This is a life saver for me , it works within 20 mins right after consuming it .BE careful with the dosage, If u consume more than what u can tolerate it makes u jitters.

So far it's been working great. anxiety is relived feeling good .

Like some mentioned, I am not getting the Caffeine kick which I usually get from Monster, Sting and other energy drinks. Looks like these are just fillers without any actual Caffeine in it. While the product has some FSSAI number but I still don’t know whether this is genuine or not.

The caffeine does its effect but theanine helps to counter balance it and does its job pretty well. Hepls in becoming more static, more focused.

I have been using this product for 5 months now. We all love the effects of beta alanine and high caffeine and going wild. But we often dont consider the effects of decreasing dopamine level use after use because of preworkouts. This product gives a perfect endurance push and theanine helps a lot intra and post workout. I personally use 1 capsule for Push & Pull workouts. And 2 on Legs.

I have tried caffeine pills from a few other brands. Since it was not natural caffeine it would upset my stomach. Plus it would overstimulate me to a point I wouldn't be able to do my work or study.
