genuine ALA as earlier i have tried US brands and there is no difference.just drink it empty stomach in the morning and it u r taking creatine then take both together for maximum absorption.Will but a review after using it for one month.

Good product excellent result

I am using this ALA suppliment with my creatine because when you use alpha lipoic acid with creatine it helps more to absorb the creatine and i saw the difference when i use it it is awesome product to absorb creatine suppliment but honestly says it taste is so bitter but we are bodybuilder we never go with taste we always go with nutrition and results...
