However for Beta Alanine they have recently changed the scoop on the packaging and well as the one serving dosage.Previously the packaging showed 1.6 g serving. However the new packaging with the bigger scoop shows a 3g serving. However yhe big problem is the scoop accuracy the a levelled scoopbis actually 5g and not 3g as the label says. I took 1.5 scoops as pre-workout and almost had to puke it out to make myself ok, it was only the next day when I measured the scoop accuracy on the scale that I got to know of the issue.Hope the company fixes this as soon as possible else people who take a higher dosing of this unknowingly may have serious issues
