- Lost 11kg weight most of it was Fat loss and very less muscle loss.It worked very well for a month or so then my body got used to it. For better results take 10-15 days break after every 30 days.I started with 1 capsule on empty stomach.After 5 days 2 capsules on empty stomach.And now 2 capsules on empty stomach and 1 before my lunch.Now I take 2 capsules on empty stomach as my Pre workout. After workout I have my whey protein and after 30mins I take 1 capsule and wait for 30 mins and then I have my lunch.It is not a magic pill. You need to work hard to loose fat.
