Have been taking this Nutrija Niacin 500 since a week and happy with it's effect. After the flush which lasts for about 1 hour you tend up feeling relaxed. It also has a suppressing effect on appetite for me and seems to increase metabolism so may be good for fat loss.

I experienced the flush in 10 minutes after taking it. It will stay for 15 to 20 mins. For the first time i took half the tablet for a safety reason. I cut the tablet in half dissolved it in water and took it. I felt the change in just 15 minutes. Itching started and felt hot in ears first then in head. Thats it. That means this pill is real. Its real B3. Take it safely as per the guidelines. It has many benefits.

I started this to reduce my cholesterol levels, as a beginner i supposed to use 250mg only but I didn't found that. One of the customers posted that this product is giving less flushing effect than a usual 500mg capsule. So I ordered this it's flushing effect is bearable.

Took one capsule empty stomach - after 10 mins started flushing beginning with hands, gradually spreading to face particularly ears, neck, chest and then down the legs. There was intense feeling heat radiating from my ears, reddened skin and then itching all over body. This intense feeling lasted 15-20 mins, but complete wear off of symptoms of flushing took 1 hour .Niacin is said to start with low dose of 25 or 50 mg and gradually build the dose where you get maximum benefit. But there are no low dose niacin drug available in India, it's either 250 or 500mg.Niacin has many therapeutic uses so right dose is going to be different for every one depending upon what therapeutic needs they have.

I am suspicious that the capsule has less than 500 mg. 500 mg of Niacin should produce a strong flushing effect, but this one even at 1 g (2 capsules) produces very modest flushing. I compared it with the 'NOW" brand and that produces a strong flushing effect at 500mg. I suspect that Nutrija capsules have less than 500 mg/capsule. However, I haven not done a chemical analysis, but I have been taking Niacin for several years (either Nialip from Cipla or imported) so am familiar with the expected flushing effect produced

This thing works! I find myself so much relieved and stress free after consuming it for few days. I have bad cholesterol over limit last time I checked and this thing came to me almost as a life saver.

Does not cause the flush that's the hallmark of Nacin. A 500 mg pure Naicin should cause a fullfleged flush. This is either mixed or a lower potency. So it does not deliver what it promises.
