- It’s extremely potent, have it 20-25 minutes before your workout, do a nice warmup, you will immediately notice the pump, if you are not pro please restrict yourself to half a scoop, the company recommends 1 or 2 scoops, I guess half a scoop is enough for a workout upto 1 hour, I had 1 scoop and I was feeling my adrenaline for more than 3 hours.
