- I am using it from last 1 week and here is the feedback..i am taking 1 capsule morning 7 am empty stomach and 1 at 6 pm daily. Doing regular exercise and cutting the carbs.Cons- initial couple of days you will see your heart beat increases however after some days that will be normal. No other issues i have.Pros - i can see fat is reducing from belly. Muscles are growing so its doing the job.To see fast results you need to do regular exercise like walk and cardio and diet control.
