I find that taking Rhodiola Rosea and Bacopa in the evening works well together. They seem to complement each other and help me unwind while providing a few hours of enhanced concentration, all without causing nighttime restlessness. Bacopa is excellent for memory, but it can be a bit demotivating, and Rhodiola helps balance that out.
