- best pre-workout I've tried till now, .. tried their sample trial pack now going for this.the formulation is great. all the ingredients hits at the right time. the flavour is moderate..gives medicinal smell,though the niacin gives itching for the first few minutes after consuming,..other than that the rest is great.
