- I'm writing this review after using this product for almost 1 week.I took this product as a pre workout for my boxing and strength and conditioning classes.What I noticed that I feel energetic while most of my classes.Over all this product is very nice.That is also not so costly.I would recommend this product for all who are searching for a good and decent pre-workout.
