- Best replacement of caffeine! Caffeine not good for the brain as per neuroscience and a cup of coffee doesn’t wake some people up the way this does! Only take it first thing in the morning. Doesn’t work in-between meals for me. Only on a fasted state! Figure out your own dosage. 2-3 pills working well for me. Body overtime gets used to it so I’ll recommend take it for 3 weeks then weaning off for 10-15 days (or taking 1 pill). Don’t overexert on it or else you may experience a crash like caffeine.
