- I've been working out sincerely for about a year now. I have successfully lost a lot of excess fat, but abdominal stubborn fat is a pain to get rid of. And my lifestyle doesn't allow me to increase the duration or intensity of my workouts anymore. Luckily, I stumbled upon this product.Yohimbine is an α2 blocker, and therefore helps in losing stubborn fat a bit more efficiently. It also synergizes the sympathetic response during workouts.I'm only 10 days into using this product from Nutrija, but I feel like my strength during my workouts has improved due to increased sympathetic stimulation.I started with 1 pill only, but I found 2 pills to be quite tolerable for me. This is to be taken in an empty stomach ideally for faster and increased absorption, right before a workout. It will produce jitteriness and increased heart rate, but that is the natural response of any sympathetic stimulant. You just need to start slowly and titrate the dose according to your body's response. But it's not a magic pill, you still need to be in a caloric deficit to lose fat. Please note though, this product is absolutely contraindicated for anyone with hypertension, or any heart/kidney issue. And diabetics need to be cautious as well.PS: you may notice diminishing effect on successive dosages over time, but that is normal for this class of supplements due to tachyphylaxis and drug tolerance. Give your body some yohimbine free days/weeks to reduce this decrease in response.
