Niacin 500MG

I am suspicious that the capsule has less than 500 mg. 500 mg of Niacin should produce a strong flushing effect, but this one even at 1 g (2 capsules) produces very modest flushing. I compared it with the 'NOW" brand and that produces a strong flushing effect at 500mg. I suspect that Nutrija capsules have less than 500 mg/capsule. However, I haven not done a chemical analysis, but I have been taking Niacin for several years (either Nialip from Cipla or imported) so am familiar with the expected flushing effect produced
