- I'm writing an honest review not just after 1 month of use but 6 months. As I'm working professional, I'm not able to assign sometime out to work out and as sit for 12 hours + at times, weight was the biggest concern, but this product is really helping me to sustain my weight and even lowering my fat content. You cannot use one bottle and expect 20 20kgs of weight loss, but, this ll definitely keep fat content under control. I don't eat oils too post 7pm at night that add more to my weight loss journey.
