I'm 37 and I am writing this review after using it for almost 10 days with few side effects which can be ignored as compared to the results. Good and bad of this product are as follows:Good:1: It serves the purpose it is intended for.2: It reduced the body fat quickly even without exercise, however it's recommended to exercise to retain muscles and lose fat even quicker.3: Results of it motivate you to lose weight.4: It doesn't have any bad effects on mood. It keeps as attentive as normal other than slightly light headed.5: I have not noted any digestion issues while using it.Bad:1. For 3 days I used 3 capsules once daily every morning 3 hours before breakfast, it gives me little dizziness for about 1 hour, slightly low BP, tingling sensation in upper body for about 30 minutes, low energy which I think is because of calories blocking effect of it in the metabolism.2: Then I reduced the dose to 2 capsules, and it reduced the side effects but low energy level is same as before.My recommendations:1. Use as tolerated.2.Consult the doctor if anything serious noted.3. Use with caution if any preexisting conditions.4. Drive vehicle or operate heavy machines carefully as it keeps the energy levels low for almost 4 hours after taking it and slightly low for upto 8 hours.5: Eat a bowl of salad right before meal, it motivates to eat less calories and keeps feeling full whole day.6: Do not use any time within second half of the day otherwise it will mess up with the sleep.I will update this review once I finish my first bottle.
