- This version doesn't irritate my stomach at all. Creatine monohydrate kills my stomach and I had to stop taking it. Also with this version, you only need a small amount and it absorbs very well! I'm glad I found this version!One week in and my recovery is vastly improved, much less sore than before I started. I'm not noticing any bloating either. I'll monitor the strength gains (if any) over the next 6 weeks.
