Truly speaking. With own usage , Extremely powerfull , true product. But not recommended for beginners. The amount of rush it makes , a beginner can't handle it. I am working out for 8 year's , its very hard to control such adrenaline rush.How i used :-As i have experience of 8 year's. Though its above my expectations. I took it pre workout as i do Empty stomach workout.It just blast my adrenaline like i expected to be 10-20 % increase. But it like 2000 % . I ideally deadlift 180 kgs after 40 min intence workout.But.Today i. Deadlift 220 kg and it gaves so much rush. I broke my mirror by punching it.. i got mad..Truly i was just searching for this .* Waring do not overdose 1 capsule a day just enough *
