- I am used to a huge level of caffeine but this thing is different . Trust me do not try it.I luckily vomited, had plenty of water.Feeling better now.I dont think caffeine is to be blamed as i guess 300 mg is high but ok, but that other thing ephedra is very dangerous .Thanks to god i was at home and got well within hours .I dont write review util and unless i am forced to , this thing is dangerous .
