Boron rises free testosterone, 12 mg boron per day rises testosterone up to 40% within 12 days, i have been using boron from Nutrija since last 6 months but quality declining continuously, last time got boron capsules with very poor quality, material iinside the capsules is shrinking, better to buy now food boron excellent in quality, dont go for cheaper and non authentic products. I'm editing my review as the seller i replaced it with new one on single request,i excellent customer service by seller, as for as quality concern let's hope for the best for upcoming new product,today after using fresh one i must say that seller sent same quality again, definitely it is a cheap quality product, just go for now food boron capsules
