Trimethylglycine (TMG)
- I am using it to improve my methylation to clear histamine and as well as my mum as her homocysteine is high. Will update with the results after proper use. Using it is very simple with the 1g spoon given although I wish there was a 500mg option too. But, unlike those tablets with all the nano anti-caking agents and binders. This one's plain 'ol betaine. Affordability was still the biggest draw to me.
