I liked that i get all testo, andro, estro, and vitamins in one capsule. That's a final answer to all research. What dosent makes lifestyle difference is that i still have to take 10 capsules daily, five each time. Maybe if it was hard capsule 2 or 3 caps dose would have sufficed.
