Caffeine 200MG
- Although not much effective this gives little extra strength during workout and keep you fresh, alert and energetic during 1-2 hours. Effect starts after 20 min from taking pill.However It has two serious drawbacks. I am not sure if this is with any caffeine tablet or just from Nutrija but you end up not sleeping during night and then feeling sleepy whole day.On top of that I have very acidic stomach during whole day after taking this pill.SO in short downsides are more than upsides.
