After tests and talking to my urologist I tried this supplement instead of allopathy medicine due to their potential side effects. It took 15-20 days to see result but my condition has definitely improved. If your BPH is progressed then this may not be sufficient but for early stages it worked well for me.I can't comment on hair growth as I was not monitoring for it.
