Everyone who is planning to use ECA stack.. i have few points to convey1) Its a very potent fat burner.2) you will feel very high heart beat after taking it. I have been working out from last 5 years and started taking supplements like protein, preoprkout and fat burners and vitamins from last 1 year. Never felt any kind of side effects. But this ECA stack is crazy. I felt like dying from heart attack, and nausea while grinding. Extreme headache and got extreme pump while working out. Does what it advertises. Only thing is yohimbe is little less. May need to take atleast 4mg per 50pounds. So you could take this with the dosage of yohimbe as per your body weight. For first time user,please use the recommended dosage and increase when you build tolerance. But caffeine is high so use with caution. You do not want caffeine overdose.

I took 1 pill for 1 week and it gave me little warmth effect and about to no energy . I discontinued it for a week and took 2 pills and I got what I wanted ,a feeling of black out and abudance of warmth , little shivering and big flow of energy . But I don't suggest this much dose to anyone , it can take you to hospital or even kill you by heart attack . Everything depends on your tolerance . I am just reviewing my own experience .

Wow........just wow.This thing is crazily potent. 1st day tried it empty stomach before fasted cardio and the second day in the evening before resistance training.Body temperature shot from 95.5 to 97.3 (before I started working out) during the fasted cardio and it took around 25-30 mins to kick in.(empty stomach)Also similar results during the resistance session temperature changed from 96.7 to 98.9( again before starting the workout) and took 45 mins to kick in(not empty stomach).Fat loss results: too soon to tellAlertness levels: extremely hard to tolerate during the 1st week if u r taking it empty stomach.So all in all it is thermogenic (to some extent), it is extremely potent stimulant (if u don't drink enough water u might feel jittery and get cramps so be on the lookout for that), Fat loss efficiency (will update after I finish the 60 serving bottle), Improvement in workout was beyond expectations.But u will definitely have difficulty breathing if u are a beginner in the fitness world(WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT TO BEGGINNERS) But if u are an intermediate as in over a year of consistent training, go for it.Also you WILL feel somewhat nauseous even if you are an avid coffee/tea drinker and if u are not......I'd just say GOOD LUCK managing the caffeine high.Awesome product and I personally saw great improvements in my workout.Will buy again if I hit a plateau.

It's an awesome product. It's very powerful but I would not recommend this for complete beginners as it's too strong for a beginner. I would recommend cutting the capsule and using half the powder content to start with and start taking full capsule after a week or so that your body is able to handle it's strength better. I found this very useful. Works best on empty stomach and before low intensity cardio. Can be pretty strong, particularly in the beginning, but very effective, particularly combined with a diet and exercise. If you find it difficult to tolerate (another review), you can eat something with carbs for an emergency hack and it can quickly cut down the discomfort from the yohimbine but will probably reduce effectiveness. Still handy to know in the beginning.Personally I found the product easy to tolerate and it brings dramatic results unlike several other supplements I tried that started feeling like blind faith vodoo with no measurable impact or experienced difference. Lost inches with this. Not weight so much as I was also exercising, so probably added some muscle. But the difference is indisputable in the mirror. Visibly better toned body. I was not using any other product for weight loss at the time.But of course this is not a magic wand and if your diet is out of whack, not much a pill will do. But if your weight loss strategy is on track, this product will dramatically increase its effectiveness.

This ECA definitely works. There are a few cons I’d like to share that is the the caffeine content is too high for 1 capsule. Breaking the capsule into two is quiet difficult as well. Keep yourself hydrated with water and electrolytes since it’s potent and heats up your body too! Don’t forget to diet right only then this product would work.
