I think 100mg wears off pretty soon for me, but taking two tablets at a time do the trick, I do feel a boost of energy around 10 minutes after taking these tablets, works better on an empty stomach

Does its job..I am lazy person, so take it after morning fruits to wake up because coffee makes acidity so i purchased these and these did the task of fighting fatigue well without any side effectsIf you have limited physical work only use 1 a day to avoid sleep problems or if you have physical work you can take 2 with gap of 4 hours only if you don't drink tea or coffee such as caffeine products with it
