ECA PLUS

This product works. Its been 30 days since i used the product. My weight came down from 92 kgs to 85 kgs. Ofcourse diet was main part. Initially in the first 3 days felt nausea, irritating, and stomach problem. But subsided with regular water intake and vegetables. I reduced rice, roti and tea. And increased my protein content. I ate 400 grams of chicken in 2 meals, one protein isolate shake after workout and 5 egg whites with apple when i felt hungry. This really helped me loose weight. I am looking at 77 kgs by the end of this bottle. And I know will not reach there but anywhere near 80 kgs would be just awesome. Thanks Nutrija, for making a product for us Indians with a relatively less amount and works wonders. I now feel good that I didnt order costly fat burners.
