- A 2:1 ratio of theanine and caffeine seems to work best for me. I don't experience any energy crashes with this product, and it gives me a good, clean energy boost that helps me stay focused while studying. It's also nice that the caffeine comes from natural coffee beans. I've also tried Rhodiola Rosea and Mucuna Pruriens from Nutrija, and they all work really well for me.
