I have used it on my trainer's recommendation. It has actually started showing desired results in 13 days to be exact.

This product may have increased my metabolic rate as I sweat a lot in the gym after consuming it. It did not cause as stomach discomfort with one capsule before training. May be the effect would be different if 2 capsules are taken prior to workout. Not tried yet. This may work for fat loss coupled with a caloric deficit. As regards the claimed aphrodisiac property of causing strong erections, the effect was very mild. All in all appears to be an ok tolerable product. One may need other aids to fasten the fat loss.

Great suppliment was very effective. I recommend to start it with lower doses and gradually increase. Optimal dosage is 0.2mg per kg of body weight(example if my body weight is 80kg then 80X0.2=16mg) but its better to start with lower dose n gradually reach your optimal dose so that your body can adjust.
