I've been using Nutrija products for about four months now, and they've truly surpassed my expectations. Thermo Peak, in particular, has been exceptional—I feel energized for a good six hours without any crash. It's a remarkable product. Trust me, you'll love it. I don't usually leave reviews, but outstanding products deserve recognition, so here I am, sharing my feedback.

Caffeine products give instant hit....thermo is very slow ....I don't think the caffeine mentioned is really 200 mg ... Apart from that with food it doesn't give you the start as u want but yes on empty stomach it does it work .... I take 1 capsule on empty stomach with 2 glasses of water after 30 minutes with fruits 1 more .... And then after 1 hour a Monster roar.

I have been using this since 3months. It has considerably helped me aid digestion,bloating and gas reduction.

It gives you a good energy blast, and it does the work properly,For beginners take 1 capsule daily for some days, then increase the dosage ideally, do not take more than 3.I think some capsules are broken inside, maybe during delivery, some powder is ther inside.

I'm 37 and I am writing this review after using it for almost 10 days with few side effects which can be ignored as compared to the results. Good and bad of this product are as follows:Good:1: It serves the purpose it is intended for.2: It reduced the body fat quickly even without exercise, however it's recommended to exercise to retain muscles and lose fat even quicker.3: Results of it motivate you to lose weight.4: It doesn't have any bad effects on mood. It keeps as attentive as normal other than slightly light headed.5: I have not noted any digestion issues while using it.Bad:1. For 3 days I used 3 capsules once daily every morning 3 hours before breakfast, it gives me little dizziness for about 1 hour, slightly low BP, tingling sensation in upper body for about 30 minutes, low energy which I think is because of calories blocking effect of it in the metabolism.2: Then I reduced the dose to 2 capsules, and it reduced the side effects but low energy level is same as before.My recommendations:1. Use as tolerated.2.Consult the doctor if anything serious noted.3. Use with caution if any preexisting conditions.4. Drive vehicle or operate heavy machines carefully as it keeps the energy levels low for almost 4 hours after taking it and slightly low for upto 8 hours.5: Eat a bowl of salad right before meal, it motivates to eat less calories and keeps feeling full whole day.6: Do not use any time within second half of the day otherwise it will mess up with the sleep.I will update this review once I finish my first bottle.

Great ingredients and effective

I'm writing an honest review not just after 1 month of use but 6 months. As I'm working professional, I'm not able to assign sometime out to work out and as sit for 12 hours + at times, weight was the biggest concern, but this product is really helping me to sustain my weight and even lowering my fat content. You cannot use one bottle and expect 20 20kgs of weight loss, but, this ll definitely keep fat content under control. I don't eat oils too post 7pm at night that add more to my weight loss journey.

Energy was high. But couldn't sleep even 12hrs after taking the capsules. Also had anxiety or tension. Felt less hungry with no cravings which was good. Had increased heat beat rates and body temperature also increased for 2 hrs after capsule intake. But got no effect after 2 weeks. Started with just 1 capsule per day, then increased to 6 per day. Not much weight loss was observed after 1 month use. I stopped using it since I had sleeping problems and anxiety.

I have been working out for past 6years. So I had some idea on how to diet and get results. I have never uaed thus before. Now using it for 15 days. Oh man.. With calorie deficit diet this product is magic. Super energy and really helpfull for fasted cardio/ preworkout. My usage dosage: 2 in empty stomach and then fasted cardio and finally meal after 45mint. Then 1.5 hrs of gap then 1 tab before workout.

I have been using ECA stack last year and met extraordinary results, however this time i wanted to try something new from Nutrija. I have not started taking the new ones,but,nevertheless qi am pretty positive and sure on this product and its yeild.

I am using it from last 1 week and here is the feedback..i am taking 1 capsule morning 7 am empty stomach and 1 at 6 pm daily. Doing regular exercise and cutting the carbs.Cons- initial couple of days you will see your heart beat increases however after some days that will be normal. No other issues i have.Pros - i can see fat is reducing from belly. Muscles are growing so its doing the job.To see fast results you need to do regular exercise like walk and cardio and diet control.
